Saturday morning my cousin Katie and her husband Brandon welcomed their first, a daughter, MacKenzie Jane Clark. (7 lb, 4 oz). I had to look it up, but this makes young MacKenzie my first cousin once removed. She’s also the first child born to my generation of cousins.
